Christopher Trussell - Composer Studied at the Trinity College of Music in London. He has worked in Hollywood for several years where he composed the scores for the films "Hot Potato," "Rim of Hell," "Night Fright" and "Something Worth Remembering." He was awarded the American Institute's award for composing the score to NASA's film "Fly Me to the Moon and Back." In addition, he has created numerous television and radio commercial themes. He is a film critic for WJON Radio where he is regularly heard on Mondays and is the theatre critic for the St. Cloud Times. He is the head of the Theatre Department of Cathedral High School in St. Cloud where he produces ten productions each year and is an associate campus minister at the College of St. Benedict. Christopher Trussel has written the book, music and lyrics for four musicals and has had them successfully produced together with a ballet "Episodes." Besides being a composer, he has acted in theatre and on film and has enjoyed a career in teaching music and drama. He is also a poet. In 1987 he came to St. Cloud and in 1992 was ordained to the presbyterate of the St. Cloud Diocese. |
